Swastika infotech shall only design and develop the website (hereinafter said "project") according to the agreement. After completion of project Swastika infotech shall transfer the website(in executable format only not the code) to the owner.

After transfer of project Swastika infotech shall not be responsible for any materials, object, content or information whatsoever it be published or stored on the website.

Any updation of Website after six months after domain registration will be chargable.
